Snow Removal Equipment Operator

This non-exempt position is responsible for performing a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled tasks involving snow plowing, snow shoveling, salt spreading, and deicing. The role requires safely operating snow removal equipment, monitoring weather conditions, and ensuring high-quality service by clearing driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots. Incumbents must maintain tools and equipment, comply with safety policies, and provide excellent service to clients and staff.
