About this role

As a Medavie Snowflake Developer, you will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and architectures within the Snowflake Cloud Data Platform. You will collaborate with architects, application developers, and business partners to develop data engineering deliverables for digital health solutions. The role involves ingesting data, creating transformation pipelines with dbt, and optimizing data models for Power BI consumption.

Responsibilities

Design and build Gold-layer data models optimized for Power BI consumption
Develop dbt models with appropriate testing, documentation, and lineage
Ingest Bronze data into Snowflake and build Silver-layer transformation pipelines
Collaborate with business team members to validate semantic layer requirements
Produce handover documentation and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions
