Snowmaking Manager

The Snow Surface – Snow Making Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of snowmaking equipment at a developing private mountain resort community. This role involves training and developing snowmakers, conducting equipment checks, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and contractors to achieve high-quality snow conditions. The manager supports the broader mountain operations team while managing budget, payroll, and scheduling for the snowmaking department.
