An experienced Solution Analyst leads the deployment of SAP batch management and release processes to new Sandoz sites, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves developing User Requirements Specifications, designing solutions compliant with GxP regulations, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing to ensure successful implementation. This position requires deep expertise in SAP Quality Management and Batch Release Hub within the life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops to capture functional and non-functional requirements for batch management
Produce comprehensive User Requirements Specifications compliant with regulatory standards
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are implementable and documented
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing including script development and issue tracking
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status and risks
