About this role

The role involves integrating internal and external IP blocks at the chip level, taking ownership of portions of SoC designs from floorplanning through timing closure, and collaborating with cross‑disciplinary teams to ensure a high‑quality, zero‑defect product. The engineer will also lead design efforts for custom processor IP, develop automation tools, and leverage AI to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

Integrate internal and external IP blocks at the chip level
Own and drive a portion of an SoC design from concept to tape‑out
Collaborate with architecture, physical design, verification, DFT, and packaging teams
Run functional, gate‑level simulations and code quality checks at chip level
Lead design effort for custom processor IP blocks and deliver micro‑architectural specifications
