SOC Shift Lead

The SOC Shift Lead is responsible for leading daily operations within the Security Operations Center, ensuring the continuous monitoring and protection of transportation logistics across the United States. This role provides real-time oversight of over-the-road and air freight operations through the Samsara platform, proactively identifying and escalating security incidents to minimize risk. The position serves as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts, providing leadership and operational guidance to SOC Analysts while ensuring compliance with established policies.
