Social Connection Coordinator

The Social Connection Coordinator supports the YMCA's efforts to reduce social isolation and loneliness among older adults by creating meaningful opportunities for social engagement and community connection. The role involves planning and coordinating social events, developing partnerships with community organizations, supporting outreach and participant recruitment, coordinating volunteers, and gathering participant feedback to evaluate program impact.
