Social Ministries Coordinator

This role supports the Social Ministries Director in leading Pathway of Hope, Anti-Human Trafficking, and disaster social services initiatives across the Southern New England Division. The position involves overseeing program compliance, supervising case managers, coordinating community partnerships, and ensuring trauma-informed service delivery to vulnerable populations. It requires maintaining accurate records, managing budgets, and training staff while upholding The Salvation Army's mission and values.
