Social Performance Advisor

The Social Performance Advisor will join Alcoa's External Relations and Sustainability team in Perth on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Social Performance Manager, the role will lead the rollout and adoption of the new Social Information Management System across Australian operations, coordinate with global project teams and stakeholders, and support community relations and social performance initiatives. The position involves change management, data migration, and ensuring alignment with social performance goals and industry standards.
