Social Skills Associate Facilitator

The Social Skills Associate Facilitator implements planned social skills interventions in a center-based setting, providing training on evidence-based strategies to participants through modeling and feedback within a social skills group. The role focuses on increasing and maintaining social targets among participants by utilizing intermittent and natural schedules of reinforcement, recording data, writing session notes, and participating in weekly debriefings with the Social Skills Lead and Program Manager Facilitator. This position supports individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and/or other developmental disabilities by applying principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to teach social skills targets as outlined in treatment plans.
