Social Studies Teacher

The Social Studies Teacher is responsible for helping students learn subject matter and skills that contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible individuals. The role involves planning a program of study that meets individual student needs, creating a conducive classroom environment, and guiding the learning process toward curriculum goals. The teacher assesses student accomplishments, provides progress reports, and counsels with colleagues, students, and parents.
