Social Well-Being Coordinator

The Social Well-Being Coordinator coordinates and develops strategies for social wellbeing within the Town of High River’s Family and Community Support program. This role focuses on connecting residents to community resources, promoting a sense of belonging, and supporting preventative programming to address identified community needs. The position serves as a primary point of contact for local services, providing intake, assessment, and referrals to enhance resident well-being.
