Social Work Fellow (Bilingual)

The Social Work Fellow at The Equity Project (TEP) Charter School provides mental health support and clinical services to a specific K–8 cohort of students and their families, developing long-term relationships as the cohort advances through school. The role emphasizes professional growth within a community of experienced clinicians and focuses on delivering culturally responsive, preventative, and crisis interventions. Fellows also design school-based mental health programming and support staff wellbeing.
