Social Work – MOCJ Transitional Housing

The Social Work – MOCJ Transitional Housing role provides short-term, supportive mental health therapy to individuals recently released from incarceration residing in Emergency Transitional Housing. The position focuses on stabilizing residents, delivering therapeutic interventions, and preparing them for transition to longer-term housing and community-based care within a harm reduction, trauma-informed framework.
