Social Work – MOCJ Transitional Housing

This role provides short-term, supportive mental health therapy to individuals recently released from incarceration residing in Emergency Transitional Housing. The Social Worker functions as part of an interdisciplinary team to increase emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial stability during the critical re-entry period. The position focuses on supporting residents' successful transition to next housing placements and engagement in ongoing community-based care.
