About this role
The MSW Director of Field Education at Southwest Minnesota State University is responsible for overseeing the administration and implementation of the social work program’s field education. This full-time, 12-month position will lead the placement of students in practicum experiences and collaborate on the development of the proposed MSW program, which is set to launch in Fall 2027. The role also includes occasional on-campus duties and teaching responsibilities as required.
