About this role

This position supports clinical psychosocial services and case management for patients and families within the UAMS Cancer Service Line. Roles include LMSW, LCSW I, or LCSW II, focusing on assessments, treatment planning, direct counseling, and interdisciplinary team coordination to improve patient care outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychosocial assessments for new and ongoing patients
Develop individualized treatment plans/interventions for patients
Provide crisis intervention and psychotherapy to individuals/families
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
Supervise graduate interns for field experience requirements
