Social Work Supervisor

The Social Work Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the Bronx Transitions Program, a specialized prevention program for families challenged by substance use and/or mental health issues. This role ensures that clinical casework and case management services meet professional standards and comply with agency and ACS policies. The supervisor provides coaching, performance management, and clinical guidance to staff while collaborating with various service providers to ensure family safety and appropriate services.
