The Social Work Team Lead at Thyme Care oversees and supports oncology and clinical social work teams to ensure delivery of compassionate, high-quality psychosocial care. Reporting to the Director of Social Work, this role provides clinical guidance, drives quality improvement, supports training and development, and serves as an escalation point for complex clinical issues. The lead also communicates feedback to clinical leadership and helps shape service offerings to advance health equity and member outcomes.
