The Social Worker (Children's Services) role focuses on the recruitment, assessment, supervision, and development of foster carers to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care for children and young people. The position supports the Foster Care Team in delivering flexible family-based care placements that meet the diverse needs of children from birth to twenty-one years of age. This role requires a qualified Social Worker committed to relational, rights-based practice within a statutory framework.
