About this role
Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System is hiring a part-time Social Worker for the new EmPATH Behavioral Health Unit to support patients presenting to the emergency department in mental health crisis. The role is based on the La Crosse main campus and focuses on providing patient-centered psychosocial support and care navigation in an outpatient/observation setting.
