Social Worker Grade 3

A Social Worker will join the Older Adult Community Mental Health team at St. Vincent's Hospital Melbourne to provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, treatment, and case management within a multidisciplinary recovery-focused framework. The role involves visiting clients in community and residential settings to offer crisis support, risk review, and assistance in enhancing independence for older adults with serious mental illness. The successful candidate will contribute to clinical practice development while receiving support and supervision as a clinician in this full-time permanent position.
