Social Worker (LCSW)

As a Social Worker (LCSW), you will provide compassionate, patient-centered support to individuals and families navigating complex, serious illnesses, helping them find comfort, clarity, and dignity at every stage of care. You will provide psychotherapy for both inpatient and outpatient settings, working collaboratively with clients, families, physicians, and community services to assess, plan, and evaluate treatment. This role aims to improve or maintain the social, emotional, functional, and physical health status of clients.
