About this role
The Licensed Master Social Worker provides clinical social work services and complex discharge planning for hospitalized patients with psychosocial needs, eligibility determination, and linkage to community resources. Working under the supervision of a licensed clinical social worker, this role performs crisis intervention and mental health assessments and participates on interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of psychosocial care.
