Social Worker (MSW)

This position provides advanced clinical and consultative social work services to clients and families within a recovery model, focusing on how relationships are affected by the environment. The role involves conducting comprehensive social and psycho-social assessments, facilitating transitions through the continuum of services, and providing individual, family, and group counselling. The Social Worker collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and acts as a Designated Responder for adult guardianship matters.
