Social Worker-MSW

The Social Worker-MSW provides psychosocial assessments, interventions, counseling, and referrals to patients enrolled in the assigned program at Family Health Centers of San Diego. This role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary community health team to create comprehensive treatment plans for a diverse, multi-cultural population. The position requires maintaining community resource lists and facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions. The role is part-time and located at the Fifth Avenue Behavioral Health Center in San Diego, CA.
