About this role
The Social Worker will support the Liberty Partnerships Program, a NYSED-funded college readiness initiative serving middle and high school students across Queens. This grant-funded role works with the Case Management Team to support student development, college preparedness, and successful post-graduation transitions. The position is based at Queensborough Community College and includes after-school, weekend, and summer program involvement.
