Social Worker

Liberty POST is seeking skilled Social Workers to join their multidisciplinary team for Early Intervention and CPSE evaluations in the Hudson Valley region, including Goshen and Ulster County. The role involves providing direct therapy to children aged 0-3 through play-based methods, collaborating with families and specialists, and developing functional goals to support child development. Candidates will participate in case conferences, train parents on carry-over techniques, and document progress in compliance with Early Intervention regulations.
