Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a Social Worker to join the Agnes (Parent & Infant) Team, providing high therapeutic interventions to perinatal clients, their infants, and families. The role involves assessing patients, planning interventions, participating in family meetings, and coordinating discharge planning within a specialized residential unit. This position focuses on supporting families dealing with impaired attachment, mental illness, and trauma using the Solihul model and attachment theory.
