Social Worker

The role is a temporary full‑time Social Worker position at Hollywood Private Hospital, providing psychosocial assessments, advocacy, brief counselling, and inter‑agency collaboration for patients, carers and families. The Social Worker will manage an allocated caseload and work within a multidisciplinary team to support discharge planning and address issues such as abuse and bereavement.
