Social Worker

This position provides psychosocial support, counseling, and case management to individuals, families, and groups coping with chronic or acute mental illness. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating support groups, and coordinating care to promote health and address barriers to healthcare access. The Social Worker also supervises interns and provides guidance to social services staff as needed.
