The Social Worker serves as a resident advocate and oversees the Social Service Department in coordination with the Administrator, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. The role involves planning and directing social services functions, maintaining quality assurance programs, and coordinating with various departments and community agencies. This position focuses on meeting the emotional and social needs of residents while maintaining confidentiality and upholding Resident's Rights rules.
