Social Worker

This role involves supporting, safeguarding, and empowering children and young people at risk of or experiencing exploitation within a multi-agency framework. The Social Worker will identify risks, disrupt exploitation, and collaborate with partners to ensure safety, stability, and positive outcomes for vulnerable individuals.
