Social Worker

This role provides psychosocial screening, assessment, treatment, and follow-up for patients and families within the Center for Violence Prevention and Recovery Team. The social worker collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to address the safety and psychosocial needs of patients who have experienced interpersonal violence across emergency, inpatient, and ambulatory settings. The position involves conducting assessments, providing counseling, and ensuring continuity of care while meeting productivity standards.
