Social Worker

Under the general direction of an assigned supervisor, the Social Worker provides case management, conducts individual and family assessments, and facilitates education groups for students, parents, and school staff. The role involves consulting with school personnel to evaluate and address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs, while identifying and implementing appropriate intervention strategies. This position also requires coordinating with community agencies and serving as a liaison to support students and their families in obtaining necessary services.
