Social Worker

The Social Worker serves as a key member of the interdisciplinary team within the Orthopedic Fracture Clinic, providing psycho-social assessment, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling to adult outpatients. This temporary, study-based position supports a pilot trial of embedded social work services, requiring excellent clinical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The role involves patient and family education, advocacy, and linking individuals with appropriate community resources.
