Social Worker

The Social Worker supports the building principal in fostering an optimal educational environment for students by improving campus conditions using data and evidence-informed practices aligned with the SUSD Multi-Tier Systems of Support (MTSS) model. The role involves coordinating school safety programs, conducting social and emotional learning screenings, and providing individual and group support to students. Additionally, the position includes facilitating workshops for staff and parents, mediating conflicts, and maintaining case records to ensure compliance with policies.
