Social Workers

The Social Workers role involves ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of children in care, working collaboratively with families, communities, and interdisciplinary teams to assess needs and provide ongoing services. The position requires engaging in risk assessments, court testimonies, and case planning while advocating for connections to community resources. Social Workers will actively work to build resilience, address trauma, and support vulnerable children and families across Nova Scotia.
