S&OE Materials Execution Lead

This role focuses on establishing robust forecasts and owning day-to-day S&OE Materials execution for assigned plants to protect service and production continuity. The position involves partnering with cross-functional teams to close material gaps, lead weekly Materials Review routines, and utilize tools like OMP and SAP to monitor shortages and supplier constraints. The role also requires conducting root cause analysis on material gaps and driving continuous improvement through standardized processes and enhanced constraint visibility.
