Quantum Sky is seeking a Software Developer, Applications to join its technical engineering team supporting the Defense Health Agency's E-Commerce Operational Systems Support contract in Aurora, Colorado. The role involves maintaining, sustaining, and enhancing the enterprise Oracle Federal Financials application suite, which serves as the core financial engine for the DHA E-Commerce System. Developers will collaborate with various stakeholders to design, code, test, and maintain custom extensions, forms, reports, and interfaces within a secure AWS GovCloud environment. The position requires expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite, PL/SQL, and federal accounting systems, along with adherence to strict cybersecurity and compliance standards.
