About this role

Leidos Defense Sensors is hiring Software Developers to join the Sensor Research and Analysis Division, supporting critical missile defense programs. Candidates will develop, design, and debug real-time software applications and simulations using C++, Java, and Agile methodologies. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance system performance and maintain automated build pipelines within a CI/CD environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and modify general computer application software and specialized utility programs
Design, enhance, and debug existing software for integration into current systems
Create and maintain automated software builds within a Continuous Integration environment
Participate in Agile team ceremonies including Sprint Planning and Iteration Retrospectives
Collaborate with program experts to translate user needs into effective software solutions
