About this role

As a software engineer on the data visualization team, you will own applications used to introspect robot data, bridging the gap between sensors, logs, and diverse users across the Dot team. You will architect and develop systems with a high degree of autonomy, setting roadmaps and executing on new opportunities to build intuitive, practical, and delightful tools. This role requires end-to-end ownership of both backend and frontend systems to support an expanding fleet of next-generation robots.

Responsibilities

Architect and develop data visualization applications for robot introspection
Build tools to help users understand robot behavior on-road and in simulation
Maintain a robust C++ visualization framework for transforming robot data into web output
