JumpCloud is a cloud-native directory and identity platform that centralizes user and device management, authentication, and access control for IT teams. It provides directory-as-a-service capabilities—SSO, MFA, LDAP and RADIUS support—alongside cross‑platform device management, policy enforcement, and automated user lifecycle workflows to replace legacy on‑prem directories. JumpCloud integrates with cloud apps, infrastructure, and on‑prem resources to enable secure remote access and Zero Trust approaches, with reporting and compliance tools for administrators. Organizations use it to simplify provisioning, tighten credential and device security, and consolidate identity and access controls across heterogeneous environments.
