The Software Engineer II on the Control Simulation team contributes to validating and improving the safety and performance of the Aurora Driver by advancing simulation and analysis capabilities. The role sits at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, data science, and vehicle dynamics to enable rigorous controls verification. The engineer will support development of next-generation differentiable simulators and the infrastructure that converts on-road logs into reproducible simulation tests.
