About this role

A Junior Software Engineer at Cadence Design Systems will join the Quantus Insight R&D team to build and maintain the graphical user interface and core workflows for a next-generation parasitic extraction platform. The role involves developing in modern C++ and the Qt framework while tackling scalability challenges and exploring Agentic AI workflows. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain graphical user interfaces using C++ and Qt Widgets
Implement and optimize internal dataflows between computational backend and workflows
Debug and fix UI layout and performance issues in Linux desktop environments
Assist in connecting system APIs to next-generation AI workflows
Write clean, efficient C++ code to support data throughput and memory optimization
