About this role

This role leads the development and evolution of control systems for large-scale microgrids that power critical infrastructure. The position combines technical ownership of real-time control software with leadership of a controls engineering team. The leader will define architecture and roadmaps, ensure safety and reliability standards, and coordinate closely with equipment suppliers and operations. The role sits within the Microgrid Engineering team, supporting Intersect’s mission to accelerate the energy transition through advanced microgrid deployments.
