Software Engineer - Mission Planning

This role is on Zoox’s Mission Planner team, which develops high-level routing capabilities for fully autonomous vehicles in complex urban environments. The engineer will focus on algorithms that enable vehicles to choose optimal routes and adapt in real time while integrating closely with behavioral planning, controls, and cloud services. The position involves working near the robotic platform so that software can be deployed, tested, and iterated directly on vehicles. It sits within a fast-paced organization building a ground-up autonomous mobility-as-a-service ecosystem.
