Software Engineer – Motion Planning

DiDi Autonomous Driving is seeking a Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer to develop core decision-making and motion planning systems for Level 4 autonomous vehicles. The role involves designing algorithms for high-level behavioral reasoning, low-level trajectory optimization, and integrating geometry and velocity systems to ensure safe navigation in complex environments. Candidates will collaborate with Perception, Prediction, and Control teams to build a robust world model and optimize vehicle behaviors for comfort and safety.
