Software Engineer (R&D Hardware Tooling)

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of internal R&D hardware tooling for autonomous defense systems. This role involves designing automation frameworks, managing embedded firmware for development fixtures, and integrating hardware-in-the-loop systems to accelerate product validation. As a key member of an initial team, you will own the end-to-end software and embedded layers of these critical tools while collaborating closely with hardware and mechanical engineers.
