About this role

The role involves designing, developing, configuring, and supporting scalable ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) applications. The candidate will work on platform development, integrations, workflow automation, and collaborate with PMOs and business stakeholders to deliver SPM functionalities.

Responsibilities

Design and develop ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices
Build and customize applications with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and scripts
Implement integrations with enterprise systems via REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server
Configure and enhance ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management modules
Collaborate with PMOs, portfolio managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements
